At Retro Strips, we strive to provide premium quality products to our customers. Please read our return and refund policy carefully.

1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns only under the following conditions:
- Product is damaged
- Wrong item delivered

2. Return Request
Customers must contact us within 24 hours of delivery with proper proof such as an unboxing video and images.

3. Non-Returnable Conditions
We do not accept returns for:
- Size issues
- Change of mind
- Used or washed products

4. Refund Process
Once the return is approved and the product is received, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

5. Cancellation Policy
Orders once placed cannot be cancelled after processing.
